"Because if you will forgive the sins of others, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, But if you do not forgive the sins of others, your Father will no longer forgive your sins. Further, when you fast, do not be sad as the hypocrites are, because they disfigure their faces, so they may be seen by others to be fasting. Truly I say to you, they have their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; So that you do not appear to be fasting, except to your Father who is hidden. And your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you openly."
